Job summary

IPSY is seeking a Paralegal and Contracts Manager to join its legal team. This role supports contract review, governance, and cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Finance, Operations, People and Tech. This is a fully remote US-based position requiring proactive, detail-oriented, autonomous work in a fast-paced environment.

You will own the contract intake queue, develop playbooks, and help drive automation and efficiency across the legal function.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years in-house or firm experience in corporate paralegal, contracts manager or legal operations.
• Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
• Strong drafting, organizational and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own contract intake and track through signature; draft and review NDAs, consulting agreements, licenses.
• Maintain contract playbooks and manage the contract management system.
• Assist with corporate governance, entity filings, and board materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Ops, People and Tech; support IP and vendor matters.
