Job description

We are seeking an In-House Corporate Paralegal for a fast-growing, global SaaS technology company with an established international presence and a diverse customer base. The organization has experienced significant growth and continues to expand its operations in the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established but growing legal team and play an important role in supporting the company's corporate and commercial legal activities. Company allows 3 remote days per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Contract Review & Negotiation: Review, draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements directly with customers, partners, vendors, and suppliers, including SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs, order forms, DPAs, and other commercial contracts. Identify key legal and business issues, recommend appropriate revisions, and work with internal stakeholders to move agreements efficiently through the contracting process.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Own the contract lifecycle from intake through execution and renewal, including maintaining contract records, monitoring deadlines and obligations, coordinating approvals, and ensuring executed agreements are properly documented and accessible.
  • Legal Operations: Help manage and continuously improve the company's legal operations and contracting processes, including contract templates, playbooks, approval workflows, reporting, and key legal metrics. Support the migration to a new contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform and help establish scalable processes as the company continues to grow.
  • AI & Legal Technology: Leverage AI tools, including Claude and other emerging legal technology, to improve efficiency in contract review, legal research, drafting, summarization, and related workflows. Evaluate and refine AI-assisted processes while maintaining appropriate human oversight, accuracy, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
  • Legal Issue Spotting: Apply working knowledge of data protection/privacy, intellectual property, IT, and general corporate matters to identify potential issues in commercial agreements and escape matters to the appropriate legal team member or outside counsel when necessary.
  • Corporate & Legal Support: Assist the broader legal team with corporate matters, entity management, legal research, maintaining corporate records, preparing legal documents, and other projects as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring legal processes, improve contract turnaround times, increase visibility into legal workflows, and create scalable processes that support the company'ss continued U.S. and international growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on contract review
