Job summary

Pretium is seeking a highly organized paralegal/contracts manager to join the PES Legal and Compliance Team. The role supports attorneys across a broad range of transactions and will report to the VP of Legal Innovation, potentially working fully remotely with a preference for Minneapolis, MN.

Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, drafting and negotiating NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, and vendor agreements, and owning Ironclad.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle is required.
• Experience in an in-house legal or compliance department is preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, entity and contract management, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and compliance across transactions and documents.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations, Accounting, and Investor Relations for contract execution.
• Liaise with outside service providers and oversee deliverables.
• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, negotiating NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, vendor/service agreements; manage Ironclad.
• Support governance, entity administration, and KYC-related tasks.
• Maintain and update resources: templates, memos, and research.
• Assist in final execution and management of legal/compliance docs, audits.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements across the function.
