Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with preparation and filing of federal and state court pleadings.
• Oversee discovery, document review, production and depositions.
• Prepare for interviews, depositions, hearings, trials and client meetings.
• Manage complex filings, privilege and redaction logs.
• Coordinate with clerks and staff to meet deadlines and filings.
