Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of six years of paralegal experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State court rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and filing of federal and state court pleadings and papers.
• Support discovery: document review, production and depositions.
• Assist with interviews, depositions, hearings and client meetings.
• Coordinate with teams to meet deadlines; manage case filings and privilege logs.
