Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates seeks a Senior Paralegal to support complex litigation across Boston, New York, or Washington, D.C. Hybrid work arrangement. This role provides guidance to case teams and manages high-volume, multi-jurisdictional tasks with minimal supervision.

The Senior Paralegal will handle advanced filings, discovery, and data management, coordinating with partners, associates, and staff to ensure precise, timely results in demanding matters.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Federal and State Court rules and procedures (civil and criminal).
• Experience on government investigations (SEC/DOJ).
• Expertise with complex court filings and electronic filings (e-filing).
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with preparation and filing of Federal and State Court pleadings and court papers.
• Assist with discovery, document review, production and depositions.
• Assist with interviews, depositions, hearings, trials and client meetings.
