Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum six years of paralegal experience or equivalent skillset.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules.
• Experience in government investigations (SEC/DOJ).
• Advanced e-filing capabilities and court filing experience.
• Excel and data handling proficiency.
• Ability to navigate Relativity and document management systems.
• Familiarity with legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER).
• Excellent analytical, organizational and planning abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Confidential handling of sensitive matters.
• Travel flexibility and willingness to adjust hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with filing federal/state court pleadings and papers.
• Guide discovery processes including document review and depositions.
• Prepare for interviews, depositions, hearings and client meetings.
• Review motions and briefs; perform cite-checking and formatting.
• Coordinate complex filings and large-scale procedures.
• Collaborate with clerks and staff to manage deadlines and filings.
• Search and pull documents in Relativity databases.
• Prepare privilege and redaction logs.
• Prioritize tasks; manage numerous deadlines.
• Support data management and analytics projects.
