Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of six years of paralegal experience.
• Experience with federal/state court rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and filing of federal/state pleadings.
• Assist with discovery, document review and depositions.
• Assist with interviews, hearings, trials and client meetings.
• Manage complex filings and privilege/redaction logs.
• Coordinate with team to meet deadlines and maintain case files.
• Conduct non-legal research across multiple databases.
