Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 10+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases from factual and procedural perspectives.
• Coordinate across attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and summaries for attorney review.
• Lead paralegals and case assistants; oversee workflows and budgets.
• Supervise case staffing and vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and budget adherence.
• Oversee electronic case-management tools and processes to improve efficiency.
