Job summary

Ignite Human Capital LLC is seeking a senior Case Manager for a hybrid, full-time role in the United States. You will lead complex, high-volume litigation matters, coordinating with attorneys, clients, and vendors while managing budgets and ensuring efficient workflows.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years as a paralegal, deep experience in product liability, mass torts, and class actions, and a proven ability to mentor teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience managing sophisticated litigation matters within a law firm environment.
• Strong background in product liability, mass torts, and class actions.
• Demonstrated experience preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, witness interviews, and document collections.
• Advanced understanding of federal, state, and local court rules and electronic and hard-copy filing procedures.
• Proven ability to serve as a lead paralegal and oversee attorneys, paralegals, case assistants, vendors, and complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and ensure workflows track all activity.
• Coordinate across attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals, staff, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence for attorney review.
• Oversee budgets and resources for large matters.
• Mentor associates and paralegals, providing training to legal teams.
