Ignite Human Capital LLC seeks a senior Case Manager to oversee complex litigation matters, coordinating attorneys, clients, and vendors. This hybrid, full-time role requires lead paralegal experience and strong budget, workflow, and client interaction skills.

You will manage product liability, mass tort, and class action matters, draft documents, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local filing rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 10+ years paralegal experience in complex litigation, product liability, mass tort or class actions.
• Experience leading paralegals and coordinating legal teams.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local filing rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and matters, tracking activity and workflows.
• Coordinate among attorneys, clients, outside/ opposing counsel, paralegals, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents, summaries, and attorney review materials.
• Lead paralegal teams and delegate work to staff.
• Manage case staffing, budgets, and external relationships.
• Oversee electronic case-management tools and processes.
• Mentor associates and provide training to legal teams.
• Interact extensively with clients and serve as a key contact.
