Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience managing sophisticated litigation matters within a law firm environment.
• Strong background in product liability, mass torts, and class actions.
• Experience preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, witness interviews, and document collections.
• Advanced understanding of federal, state, and local court rules and filing procedures.
• Proven ability to lead paralegals and coordinate workflows across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and matters from a factual and procedural perspective with effective workflows.
• Serve as the central point of coordination for attorneys, clients, outside counsel, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence for attorney review.
• Lead and supervise paralegals and case assistants on diverse matters.
• Oversee case staffing, budgets, and external vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and budget compliance.
• Develop and manage case and client budgets and monitor resources.
