Job summary

Ignite Human Capital LLC in the United States is seeking a seasoned Case Manager to oversee complex litigation matters under attorney supervision. You will coordinate across clients, counsel, paralegals, and vendors, lead projects, and help manage budgets and case operations.

The preferred candidate has extensive experience handling product liability, mass tort, and class actions, with strong leadership, client communication, and procedural knowledge across federal and state rules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation.
• Extensive experience in product liability, mass tort, and class actions.
• Experience acting as a lead paralegal or managing legal teams.
• California Paralegal requirements for California-based applicants.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and matters from both a factual and procedural perspective.
• Serve as the central point of coordination for attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, summaries, and other materials for attorney review.
• Manage and support complex product liability, mass tort, and class action matters.
• Prepare for and participate in document collections, witness interviews, hearings, depositions, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Apply advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local rules, procedures, and court filing requirements.
• Act as a lead paralegal, overseeing and delegating work to paralegals and case assistants.
• Manage case staffing, outside vendor relationships, resources, and workflows.
• Develop and manage case and client budgets while monitoring resources and overall financial considerations.
• Oversee electronic case-management tools and systems used internally and with outside counsel and vendors.
• Develop checklists, tracking systems, and processes to improve efficiency.
• Mentor associates and paralegals and provide training to legal teams.
• Interact extensively with clients and frequently serve as a key point of contact.
