Job summary

Ignite Human Capital LLC seeks a senior Case Manager to lead complex litigation support on a hybrid, full-time basis in the United States. You will coordinate across attorneys, clients, and external partners, serve as a central point of contact, and mentor paralegals and case staff to drive efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 10+ years of paralegal experience in a relevant practice group.
• Extensive experience with complex litigation, particularly product liability, mass tort, and class actions.
• Prior experience as a lead paralegal or managing legal teams is strongly preferred.
• California-based paralegals must meet applicable California Paralegal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and matters from factual and procedural perspectives, tracking all activity.
• Serve as central point of coordination for attorneys, clients, outside and opposing counsel, paralegals, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, summaries, and materials for attorney review.
• Support product liability, mass tort, and class action matters.
• Prepare for document collections, witness interviews, hearings, depositions, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Apply knowledge of federal, state, and local rules and filing requirements.
• Lead paralegal efforts, delegating work and coordinating projects with attorneys.
• Manage case staffing, vendor relationships, resources, and budgets.
• Develop and manage case and client budgets; monitor resources and finances.
• Oversee electronic case-management tools and systems used with outside counsel and vendors.
• Develop checklists and processes to improve efficiency across the practice group.
• Mentor associates and paralegals; provide training to legal teams.
• Interact extensively with clients and serve as a key point of contact.
