Ignite Human Capital LLC is seeking a Case Manager in the United States for a senior-level paralegal role overseeing complex litigation, including product liability, mass torts and class actions, with a hybrid work arrangement and full-time schedule.

The role coordinates attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals, and vendors; drafts legal documents and summaries; manages budgets and resources; mentors staff; and ensures efficient workflows across jurisdictions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 10+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation.
• Experience leading complex cases and legal teams preferred.
• California-based paralegals must meet CA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate complex litigation matters across attorneys, clients, vendors.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence for attorney review.
• Lead paralegal team and delegate tasks for efficient workflow.
• Manage budgets and resources for case operations.
• Oversee electronic case-management tools and systems.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations.
• Interact with clients and maintain client relationships.
