Ignite Human Capital LLC is seeking a senior Case Manager to lead complex litigation matters in a hybrid, full-time role in the United States. You will coordinate across attorneys, clients, and vendors, draft essential legal materials, and oversee budgets and resources.

The position emphasizes leadership of paralegals and case teams in high-volume matters. The role requires deep experience with product liability, mass torts, and class actions, plus strong client-facing skills and knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 10+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation, product liability, mass tort, and class actions.
• Experience leading legal teams and complex cases preferred.
• California-based paralegals must meet CA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex cases and track all case activity across teams and vendors.
• Coordinate for attorneys, clients, outside/ opposing counsel, paralegals, case assistants, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and summaries for attorney review.
• Lead paralegal responsibilities and oversee teams and workflows.
• Manage case budgets and resources; ensure work is within budget.
