Job summary

Ignite Human Capital is seeking a Case Manager in a hybrid, full-time capacity in the United States. The role oversees complex litigation matters under attorney supervision and acts as a central coordinator among attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals, and vendors.

The senior paralegal will lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure efficient case operations across product liability, mass tort, and class actions, while mentoring associates and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience managing sophisticated litigation matters.
• Demonstrated ability to lead paralegal teams on high-volume matters.
• Strong client-facing skills and coordination with external parties.
• Experience with product liability, mass torts, and class actions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and track all case activity across teams.
• Coordinate between attorneys, clients, and external parties.
• Draft legal documents and summaries for attorney review.
• Lead paralegal and supervise staff on multi-matter workflows.
• Oversee budget, staffing, and resource allocation for cases.
