Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for KeeperPAM to guide strategy, roadmap and growth of the PAM platform.

You’ll work across secrets management, secure remote access, endpoint privilege management, discovery and machine identity with partners across engineering, security, and sales. The role requires translating complex tech requirements into clear product direction, defining cross-product initiatives and measuring success through adoption and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with technical, infrastructure-focused or cybersecurity products.
• Direct experience with PAM, IAM, Secure Remote Access or related cybersecurity markets.
• Strong understanding of privileged access concepts and lifecycle management.
• Technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, CLI tools and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with secrets management workflows (storage, access, rotation, auditing).
• Knowledge of secure remote access and privileged session concepts (SSH/RDP).
• Understanding of cloud infra, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes in modern DevOps envs.
• Ability to read tech docs and work with engineers on architecture/tradeoffs.
• Experience defining integration-heavy product capabilities for developers.
• Strong customer discovery, market analysis and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and roadmap across KeeperPAM portfolio.
• Identify opportunities spanning Secrets, Secure Remote Access, EPM, Discovery and identity.
• Develop deep understanding of privileged access workflows for IT/Security/DevOps.
• Evaluate customer needs, market trends and competitive developments in PAM.
• Define cross-product requirements and initiatives for a cohesive platform.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering on APIs, SDKs, tooling, auth flows and integrations.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Support to validate direction and new opportunities.
• Shape developer/administrator experiences across config, automation, self-service.
• Track KPIs and impact: adoption, usage, retention, revenue contributions.
• Coordinate with Marketing/Docs for launches and GTM execution.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research and documentation.
