Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive execution across KeeperPAM initiatives, coordinating across Product, Engineering and Support. This 100% remote role offers a hybrid option for candidates in the Chicago, IL or El Dorado Hills, CA metro areas.

You will translate priorities into plans, manage dependencies, track delivery and ensure high-priority initiatives move from planning through release, while coordinating complex customer issues with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical/program management within SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Strong technical understanding of software dev, APIs, cloud infra and enterprise apps.
• Experience coordinating multi-team initiatives and handling escalations.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across KeeperPAM roadmap and initiatives.
• Coordinate requirements through development, QA and release.
• Manage dependencies, risks and blockers across teams.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain visibility into roadmap progress and delivery status.
• Document decisions, actions and ownership across teams.
