Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive execution across KeeperPAM initiatives in a 100% remote role, with hybrid options for candidates in Chicago, IL or El Dorado Hills, CA. You will coordinate product priorities, engineering, QA and customer-facing teams to move key roadmaps from planning through release.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in technical program management within SaaS or cybersecurity, strong API and cloud infra knowledge, and proven ability

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical/program management within SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, cloud infrastructure and modern enterprise architectures.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA and customer-facing groups.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of roadmap initiatives across the KeeperPAM portfolio.
• Translate product priorities into clear execution plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate complex customer-impacting issues across Engineering, Support and Solutions teams.
• Maintain visibility into roadmap execution, release readiness and commitments for leadership.
• Develop program metrics, status reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve technical analysis, documentation and reporting.
