Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Product Manager to join our Platform team, driving the product roadmap for Secret Server and PAM capabilities. You will partner with product owners, designers, and technical writers across the Product Management Group to shape product vision and execute planning, development, and release.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with frequent customer interaction. The ideal candidate will bring tenacity, focus, and creativity, with agile experience and a bias for customer impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering/Business preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
• 5+ years using Agile in a Product Management/Owner role with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling to support on-prem customers upgrading to the Delinea Platform.
• Own key roadmap areas for Secret Server and other PAM capabilities.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to deliver secure PAM workflows (vaulting, session management, approvals, auditing).
• Prioritize backlog balancing new PAM features, security enhancements, and strategic investments.
• Contribute to strategy with PM leadership; align roadmaps across product areas.
• Serve as a product evangelist for PAM with messaging, demos, and roadmap updates.
• Partner with product marketing on value propositions, positioning, and GTM plans.
