Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape strategy and roadmap across KeeperPAM, driving privileged access management initiatives with engineering, security, solutions and sales teams.

This highly technical role partners with customers to translate needs into executable product directions across secrets management, secure remote access, endpoint privilege management and related workflows. Remote-first role with hybrid options for eligible US locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with technical or cybersecurity products.
• Direct experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) or IAM and related markets.
• Strong understanding of least privilege, credential management and just-in-time access.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, auth patterns and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with secrets management workflows: storage, access, rotation, auditing.
• Familiarity with SSH/RDP and enterprise connectivity technologies.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and roadmap priorities across KeeperPAM.
• Evaluate opportunities spanning PAM capabilities: secrets, remote access, discovery, identity.
• Understand privileged access workflows across IT, Security, DevOps and infra.
• Analyze market trends and competitive developments in PAM.
• Define cross-product requirements and prioritise initiatives.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and stories.
• Partner with Engineering on APIs, SDKs, authentication flows and integrations.
• Engage with customers, Solutions Engineering, Sales to validate direction.
• Shape developer and admin experiences for configuration and self-service.
• Evaluate competitors and adjacent markets in PAM and zero-trust.
• Define and track product success metrics: adoption, retention and revenue.
• Coordinate with PM and Eng to translate priorities into initiatives.
• Support launches and go-to-market with Marketing and Solutions.
• Use AI tools to assist research, analysis and documentation.
