Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the remote access portfolio across PAM and workforce password management. You will manage browser-based access, browser extension, mobile apps and desktop clients, steering a coherent experience and ensuring security-focused product outcomes.

You will partner with Engineering, UX, Sales and Marketing to align roadmaps with customer needs and enterprise security priorities, delivering scalable solutions through a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; strong enterprise PM experience preferred.
• Experience shipping enterprise software across multiple client forms (web, desktop, CLI, mobile).
• Strong understanding of identity, security and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate a multi-year product vision and strategy for Delinea's remote access portfolio.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog across browser-based access, the DCM browser extension and mobile applications.
• Define a coherent access experience across modalities: policy enforcement, session recording, credential injection and audit behavior.
• Validate requirements through structured discovery with customers, partners, analysts and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, QA and Support to deliver high-quality and performant solutions.
• Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing for PAM and WPM buying centers.
