• 7+ years of performance marketing experience at a B2B SaaS, performance marketing agency, or high-growth consumer organization.
• Full-funnel ownership across two or more major paid social platforms with significant budget responsibility and pipeline impact.
• Strong creative strategy and testing instincts to translate performance data into direction.
• AI‑fluent in practice, using tools to accelerate briefs, copy and analysis.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration to align paid social with other channels.
• Analytical and data‑driven with views on attribution in imperfect measurement environments.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social strategy and execution across multiple platforms, driving campaigns from awareness to conversion with pipeline accountability.
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets with pacing, forecasting, and budget-vs-actual analysis.
• Refine attribution framework and budget allocation in partnership with the marketing team.
• Lead creative strategy and testing at scale, briefing studios/agencies and building a learnings roadmap.
• Document playbooks and best practices for the paid acquisition team and AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with Web, Brand, Influencer, Product Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to align campaigns and tracking.
