You will partner with product, analytics, finance, risk, legal and brand teams to deliver measurable customer acquisition results.

• 3-5 years of digital marketing or paid social experience.
• Experience building and managing campaigns on major paid social platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows.

• Build, launch, and perform quality checks on paid social campaigns across platforms.
• Implement targeting, creative, and tracking parameters accurately and consistently.
• Monitor live campaigns for pacing, delivery, and overall performance health.
• Own daily and weekly pacing updates against budgets and acquisition targets.
• Pull, clean, and validate performance data across platforms and internal sources.
• Maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards to support ongoing tracking and insights.
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with accurate reporting and clear performance narratives.
• Execute structured tests (such as creative, targeting, and landing page tests) with guidance from senior team members.
• Track and document test results to build repeatable learnings and improve future performance.
• Coordinate creative assets and approvals with creative and brand partners, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance requirements.
• Support cross-functional coordination for approvals, documentation, and audit readiness; identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
