Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Senior Associate Paid Social within Card Acquisitions to drive strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement of paid social campaigns that acquire customers efficiently and deliver strong portfolio outcomes.

You will collaborate with analytics, product, finance, risk, legal and compliance, brand, and external platform partners to align on plans and translate data-driven insights into actionable performance improvements while maintaining rigour and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Experience building campaigns on major paid social platforms.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and quality-check paid social campaigns.
• Implement targeting, creative, and tracking accurately.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance health.
• Own pacing updates against budgets and targets.
• Pull, clean, validate performance data across platforms.
• Maintain reporting templates and dashboards for ongoing tracking.
• Support monthly/quarterly reviews with clear performance narratives.
• Coordinate asset approvals with creative and brand teams.
