Qualifications

• 3-5 years of digital marketing, paid social, or performance marketing.
• Experience building and managing campaigns on major paid social platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Comfort with data and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to pull and validate performance data and maintain reports.
• Understanding of performance marketing measurement concepts and optimization basics.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to align with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and quality-check paid social campaigns across platforms.
• Implement targeting, creative, and tracking parameters accurately.
• Monitor live campaigns for pacing, delivery, and performance health.
• Own daily and weekly pacing updates against budgets and targets.
• Pull, clean, and validate performance data across platforms.
• Maintain reporting templates and dashboards for ongoing tracking.
• Support monthly/quarterly reviews with clear performance narratives.
• Run structured tests with guidance from senior team members and document results.
• Coordinate asset approvals with creative/brand and ensure on-time delivery.
• Support cross-functional coordination for approvals, documentation, and compliance.
