Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate of paid media within Corporate & Investment Banking to independently manage defined campaigns and workstreams, applying paid search expertise to help achieve acquisition, lead-generation, and growth objectives.

You will coordinate input from multiple stakeholders, communicate risks and dependencies clearly, and help move work forward within agreed governance and decision-making frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid search experience in digital acquisition or lead generation.
• Proven ability to manage defined campaigns with limited supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of paid search strategies aligned with acquisition, lead-generation, and business growth objectives.
• Independently manage defined paid search campaigns and workstreams – in partnership with the paid search COE – from planning and activation through optimization and performance reporting.
• Translate agreed business and marketing priorities into channel plans, campaign structures, keyword strategies, testing plans, and measurable performance objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Conduct and guide keyword research, audience segmentation, ad copy testing, bidding optimization, and landing-page analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and user outcomes.
• Execute A/B tests and structured test‑and‑learn plans to evaluate new tactics, campaign features, automation opportunities, and emerging search capabilities.
