Chase is seeking a Senior Associate Paid Social within Card Acquisitions to support strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement of paid social campaigns driving efficient customer acquisition and strong portfolio outcomes.

You will collaborate with product, analytics, finance, risk, legal, compliance, brand, and external platform partners to ensure plans align and results are delivered with precision.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid social, or performance marketing.
• Experience building and managing campaigns on major paid social platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build, launch, and perform quality checks on paid social campaigns across platforms.
• Implement targeting, creative, and tracking parameters accurately and consistently.
• Monitor live campaigns for pacing, delivery, and overall performance health.
• Own daily and weekly pacing updates against budgets and acquisition targets.
• Pull, clean, and validate performance data across platforms and internal sources.
• Maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards to support ongoing tracking and insights.
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with accurate reporting and clear performance narratives.
• Execute structured tests with guidance from senior team members.
• Track and document test results to build repeatable learnings and improve future performance.
• Coordinate creative assets and approvals with creative and brand partners ensuring on-time delivery and compliance.
• Support cross-functional coordination for approvals, documentation, and audit readiness; identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
