Publicis Collective in New York is seeking a Senior Analyst, Paid Search to lead and optimize paid search campaigns. You will bridge campaign execution with client objectives, ensuring strategies deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will manage budgets, conduct keyword research, create ad copy, mentor junior analysts, and drive testing and reporting to influence decisions. A collaborative, data-driven mindset is essential.

Competenze

• 1–2+ years hands-on paid search campaign management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for day-to-day workflows.
• Experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Bing Ads and reporting tools.
• Experience training others on search tasks and concepts.
• Strong communication and listening skills to understand client needs.
• Understanding of paid search metrics and performance drivers.
• Demonstrates integrity and commitment to self-development.
• Industry awareness and vendor landscape knowledge.
