You will collaborate with an Associate Director on strategy while ensuring timely execution and strong client communication. The role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and iterative optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid search/PPC experience in an agency setting.
• Certifications in Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns, bid strategies, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to account strategy, budget development, and KPI setting.
• Direct and mentor the Paid Search Analyst for day-to-day tasks.
• Oversee keyword and audience research for new campaigns.
• QA, trafficking, and budgeting alignment with strategy.
• Develop optimizations and testing plans to improve performance.
• Leverage AI features for bidding, signals, and forecasting.
