Job summary

829 Studios in Boston-based operations is seeking a senior Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, drive campaigns, and coordinate with marketing peers to achieve collective success.

The role offers opportunities to mentor junior colleagues, learn broader marketing areas, and potentially manage direct reports over time. Remote-friendly with a focus on high-impact results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools: Google Analytics and HubSpot Analytics.
• Understanding of landing page optimization best practices.
• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, or TapClicks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and simultaneously maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of enterprise sized businesses.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns as they relate to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly as to the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Develop and outline projections and forecasting for client executive teams early and continuously within engagements.
• Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals through digital advertising.
• Present effectively to day to day client POCs as well as client executive and board team members, tailoring presentations respectively to different levels within their organization.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments, committees, and your peers.
• Conceptualize, vocalize, and implement departmental process improvements.
• Assist with candidate interviews and the departmental hiring process.Onboard, coach, and supervise one or more junior reports, if interested.
