Job summary

829 Studios, a Boston-based digital marketing agency, seeks a Lead Paid Search Strategist to own and optimize campaigns for enterprise clients. You’ll mentor junior staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven decisions to meet client goals.

You’ll work in a flexible environment with opportunities to lead reports and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives. Remote work is available with optional on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, Docs.
• Strong analytics skills with Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Understanding of landing page best practices and optimization techniques.
• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via GTM or similar.
• Experience with reporting tools like Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign performance against client goals and events.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Create client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Forecast projections for client executive teams within engagements.
• Advise on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to client POCs and executive boards as needed.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and teams.
• Suggest and implement departmental process improvements.
• Assist with candidate interviews and onboarding junior staff.
