Qualifications

• 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, etc.).
• Landing page best practices & optimization techniques.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience with pixeling/conversion tracking (GTM or similar).
• Experience with reporting tools (Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against client goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to rolling reports.
• Develop projections/forecasting for client executive teams.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals via digital advertising.
• Present to client POCs and executives, tailoring to the audience.
• Serve as a technical resource to departments and peers.
• Identify and implement departmental process improvements.
• Assist with interviews and hiring; onboard coach and supervise junior reports.
