Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a senior Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage enterprise client campaigns across multiple platforms. You will strategize, optimize, and report on paid advertising programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client success.

You will mentor junior colleagues, influence department processes, and participate in hiring and onboarding. A remote-friendly, Boston-area and multi-state work setup supports flexibility for a growing team.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
• Strong ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience using Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs for reporting.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Understanding landing page optimization best practices.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking using GTM or similar.
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign performance against goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates and deliverables from kickoff to reporting.
• Forecast projections for client executive teams.
• Advise clients on maximizing business goals through digital ads.
• Present to client stakeholders at various levels within organizations.
• Serve as a technical resource to departments and peers.
• Lead process improvements within the department.
• Assist with candidate interviews and hiring processes.
