829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, seeks a senior Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage campaigns for enterprise clients. The role combines client leadership with cross-team collaboration and opportunities to mentor junior colleagues.

The position offers remote work options, a path to managing direct reports, and a chance to influence process improvements while delivering data-driven results in a dynamic agency setting.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot Analytics.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager or similar.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks, or similar.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Experience juggling multiple projects and paid advertising campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS.
• Experience training and mentoring more junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Update clients regularly on the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals through digital advertising.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments, committees, and peers.
• Conceptualize, vocalize, and implement departmental process improvements.
• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of enterprise-sized businesses.
