Qualifications
- Experience managing paid advertising programs for enterprise clients.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads ecosystems.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs for reporting.
- Solid understanding of analytics tools (GA, HubSpot Analytics) and tracking pixels.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and A/B testing concepts.
- Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
- Ability to present and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital ad campaigns for enterprise clients.
- Monitor campaign performance against goals, conversions, and events.
- Update clients on the status of digital initiatives.
- Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to rolling reporting.
- Forecast projections for client executives during engagements.
- Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
- Present to client stakeholders, tailoring to different levels within their org.
- Serve as a technical resource to other departments and teams.
- Suggest and implement departmental process improvements.
- Assist with candidate interviews and onboarding junior team members.
