829 Studios is seeking a senior Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving paid advertising campaigns and coordinating across marketing disciplines.

You will mentor junior colleagues, contribute to strategic planning, and help shape client success through data-driven optimization. The role blends leadership with hands-on campaign execution in a dynamic marketing services environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of paid advertising management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics).
• Familiarity with landing page optimization techniques.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience with pixeling/conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager).
• Experience with reporting tools (Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks).

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against client goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Forecast projections for client executive teams.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals via digital advertising.
• Present to client POCs and executive teams, tailoring to audience level.
• Serve as a resource to other departments and peers.
• Lead departmental process improvements and mentor junior colleagues.
