829 Studios is seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to own and optimize campaigns for enterprise clients. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive success, mentor junior colleagues, and potentially manage direct reports as you grow with the organization.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, deep analytics, and clear client communication. Remote-friendly with Boston office options, offering competitive compensation and a focus on team growth.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platform tools.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Solid understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, etc.).
• Familiar with landing page optimization and A/B testing basics.
• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, or TapClicks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital ad campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign performance against client goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Develop projections and forecasting for client executive teams.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to client POCs and executive teams, tailoring for different levels.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Contribute to departmental process improvements.
• Assist with candidate interviews and onboarding of junior staff.
• Onboard and supervise junior reports if interested.
