Job summary

AEG is recruiting a Senior Manager, Paid Media in California to lead the organization’s paid media ecosystem across search, social, display, and video. You will shape the long-term roadmap, scale in-house capabilities, and drive enterprise outcomes for ticket sales, fan acquisition, and revenue.

You will oversee the Paid Campaigns Marketing Manager, ensure alignment with analytics, creative, lifecycle, and digital product teams, and deliver data-driven campaigns that elevate overall marketing

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in digital marketing, marketing analytics or related field.
• 8–10 years of related work experience in paid media campaigns.
• Experience managing budgets, pacing, forecasting, ROAS optimization.
• Ability to translate objectives into performance-driven campaigns.
• Experience building tracking, attribution and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid media strategy and long-term investment roadmap across digital channels.
• Lead the build-out of an in-house paid media function and reporting capabilities.
• Manage paid search and brand bidding to maximize efficiency and conversions.
• Partner with analytics to establish measurement frameworks and attribution models.
• Develop audience targeting and segmentation to improve full-funnel performance.
• Oversee and coach the Paid Campaigns Marketing Manager and align campaigns across teams.
• Establish optimization frameworks, experimentation models, and performance standards.
• Own budget strategy, forecasting, and investment decisions to hit KPIs.
• Lead theme nights and ticketing campaigns with coordinated channel plans.
• Identify emerging media trends and opportunities to improve efficiency.
