Job summary

AEG seeks a Senior Data Analyst for Paid Media to partner with Marketing, Data, and Product teams in Los Angeles. You will architect data models, ingest ad-platform data, and build scalable reporting that drives budget optimization, audience targeting, and creative decisions.

You’ll shape measurement and attribution across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and more. You will lead data pipelines, ensure proper tracking, and develop dashboards to support internal and external reporting, all while turning

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative field.
• 4–6 years of data analytics/BI with paid media or digital marketing data; e-commerce preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills for large datasets.
• Data modeling and ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and/or Python.
• Proficiency with DOMO, Looker Studio, Tableau.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) or similar is a plus.
• Tracking infrastructure knowledge: GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs.
• Experience with attribution modeling and MMM.
• Strong communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support and performance reports across digital channels.
• Develop measurement plans and attribution models by channel and campaign.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering on data pipelines and taxonomy.
• Inform audience targeting strategies and run testing for campaigns.
• Lead projects using tools like Datorama, GA4, Tag Manager, BigQuery, LiveRamp.
• Develop dashboards for internal and external use and support ad-hoc requests.
