Job summary

AEG Worldwide in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for Paid Media to transform campaign data from Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and more into a unified performance view. You will build scalable models and automated reports to guide budget allocation and audience targeting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in CS, data science, statistics, math, economics, business or related quantitative field.
• 4-6 years of data analytics or BI experience, paid media exposure preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to build data models and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to Paid Media and Marketing teams with performance reports.
• Build measurement plans, attribution models and benchmarks by channel and campaign.
• Collaborate with Data, Product and Engineering on data pipelines and tagging integrity.
• Develop tests for new campaigns and optimize targeting, budget, and creative.
• Lead cross-functional projects using tools like GA4, pixels, UTMs, and server-side tracking.
