Job summary

The Vibrant Talent Group in Los Angeles is recruiting a Senior Manager, Paid Search to lead and optimize enterprise paid search programs across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and more. You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Finance, and Product to influence investment decisions and drive measurable results.

You will own forecasting, budgets, and performance targets, driving ROAS improvements and scalable automation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid search or performance marketing, ecommerce/retail.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Shopping, and related tools.
• Experience managing annual media budgets of $10M+.
• Proven track record of profitable revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with advanced Excel and reporting.
• Experience forecasting and presenting to senior leadership.
• Preferred: specialty retail/home furnishings/omnichannel.
• Preferred: private equity-backed company exposure.
• Preferred: attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality testing, and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide paid search strategy across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and emerging platforms.
• Drive ROAS, CAC, revenue, and conversion optimization; monitor campaign health.
• Lead agency and vendor management with performance metrics and new tools.
• Build forecasting models and performance reporting frameworks for executives.
• Align marketing investments with product priorities and inventory strategy.
