Job summary

AEG is seeking a Senior Data Analyst – Paid Media to join the Data Analytics, Reporting & Strategy team in Los Angeles. You will partner with Paid Media, Product, and Data Engineering to analyze campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, building scalable data models and automated reporting to optimize budget, audience, and creative strategies.

You will design measurement plans, oversee data ingestion pipelines, and develop attribution models while ensuring accurate tracking and data hygiene

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related quantitative field
• 4–6 years of data analytics or BI experience with paid media or digital marketing data
• Advanced SQL and ETL/ELT pipeline experience
• Experience building scalable data models and automated reporting
• Strong BI/dashboard design and data storytelling skills
• Familiarity with tracking infrastructure (GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs) and attribution modeling

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to Paid Media and Marketing teams; compile performance reports across digital channels.
• Develop measurement plans and attribution models; identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering to manage data pipelines and reporting implementations.
• Inform audience and targeting strategies; design tests for new campaigns and ad products.
• Lead projects involving data aggregation tools (Datorama, DOMO, GA4, BigQuery) and ensure accurate tracking.
• Develop dashboards for internal/external use and support ad-hoc reporting requests.
