Job summary

Five9 is hiring a Senior Manager of Paid Media & Experimentation to own the paid media engine and testing roadmap. You’ll manage SEM, paid social, and programmatic campaigns, while building a structured test-and-learn approach across creative, offers, audiences, and landing pages.

You will partner with ABM and sales to convert programs into qualified pipeline, lead external agencies, and leverage AI tools for automation and insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing experience with a track record of owning budget and pipeline or revenue targets.
• Experience managing a person, program, or agency team.
• Experience with ABM strategy and execution.
• Hands-on expertise running SEM, paid social, and programmatic campaigns at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy, budget, and pipeline targets across paid search, paid social, and programmatic/display.
• Build and lead the experimentation roadmap with hypotheses and readouts.
• Manage paid search channels and optimize campaigns with agency partners.
• Plan and manage paid social and programmatic campaigns to drive demand and pipeline.
• Own landing page and conversion path optimization with CRO tests.
• Partner with creative teams to develop ad copy and creative.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors with KPI clarity.
• Use AI tools to automate reporting, campaign builds, and testing analysis.
• Collaborate with ABM and sales to align programs with ICP and accelerate lead-to-opportunity conversion.
• Analyze full-funnel paid media data and prioritize testing backlogs.
• Control budget pacing to maximize ROI across channels.
