Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media & Experimentation, to lead our paid media engine and testing program across search, social, and programmatic channels. You will manage agency partners and collaborate with ABM and sales to convert campaigns into pipeline and revenue.

You’ll design a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap, run A/B and multivariate tests, optimize landing pages, and mentor a paid media analyst. A bias for speed and data-driven decisions is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in paid media or growth marketing with budget ownership.
• Proven track record of pipeline or revenue impact.
• Hands-on with SEM, paid social, and programmatic campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with DXA platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy, budget, and pipeline targets across search, social, and programmatic/display.
• Build and lead the experimentation roadmap with hypotheses and success metrics.
• Manage paid search channels and optimize programs with agency partners.
• Plan and manage paid social and programmatic campaigns to drive demand and pipeline.
• Own CRO tests on landing pages to lift conversion at all funnel stages.
• Collaborate with creative teams to test ad copy and creative.
