Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own our paid media engine and the experimentation program. You will manage paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns, partnering with ABM and sales to turn paid programs into pipeline.

A strong tests-and-learn discipline will be essential as you optimize across creative, landing pages, and audiences to accelerate revenue. You will lead a testing roadmap, collaborate with agencies, and use AI tools to automate reporting and testing

Qualifications

• 7+ years in paid media, performance marketing or growth marketing with budget ownership.
• Experience managing teams or agencies and driving pipeline/revenue.
• Hands-on SEM, paid social and programmatic campaigns at scale.
• Strong testing mindset with A/B and multivariate experimentation.
• Familiarity with ABM and CRO principles and landing page optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy, budget, and pipeline targets across search, social, and programmatic.
• Build and lead a structured experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and agency partners for optimization and cost efficiency.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social and programmatic campaigns to drive demand.
• Own landing page optimization and conversion path improvements.
• Collaborate with creative, ABM, and sales to align paid programs with ICP.
• Mentor a paid media analyst and drive testing rigor using AI tools.
