Job summary

Five9, a leading cloud contact center software company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media & Experimentation. You will own the paid media engine and testing roadmap across search, social, and programmatic, coordinating with ABM and sales to generate pipeline and optimize performance.

In this remote-friendly role, you’ll design and optimize campaigns, run A/B and multivariate tests, and work with creative and analytics teams to accelerate revenue while improving efficiency across channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing with budget ownership.
• Experience managing a person, program, or agency team and driving pipeline or revenue.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing analytics/attribution tools.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy, budget, and pipeline targets across search, social, and programmatic.
• Lead an experimentation roadmap with tests across creative, copy, offers, audiences, and landing pages.
• Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social campaigns with agency partners.
• Plan and optimize paid social and programmatic campaigns to drive demand and pipeline.
• Own landing page and CRO efforts, running A/B and multivariate tests.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to improve conversion and ROI.
• Mentor a paid media analyst or specialist to raise testing rigor.
