Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media & Experimentation, to own the paid media engine and testing roadmap required to drive pipeline and revenue. You’ll manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic campaigns while partnering with ABM and sales to turn activity into qualified opportunities.

You will design and run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, offers, audiences, and landing pages, while mentoring a paid media analyst.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in paid media or growth marketing with budget ownership.
• Experience leading a team or program and managing agencies.
• Proven track record in SEM, paid social, and display at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy, budget, and pipeline targets across channels.
• Lead a structured testing roadmap with hypotheses and metrics.
• Manage agency partners to optimize programs and drive pipeline.
• Plan and optimize landing pages and CRO efforts across funnels.
• Use AI tools to automate reporting and accelerate testing analysis.
