Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts, lead performance conversations, and guide strategy beyond Ads Manager.

You will write direct-response copy and video sales letter scripts, develop testing strategies, and diagnose funnel opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication. Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong copywriting and direct-response skills.
• Ability to translate data into strategy.
• Experience with conversion tracking and pixels.

Responsibilities

• Own client accounts and serve as primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance and strategy.
• Prepare and share performance reports ahead of calls.
• Translate performance data into actions and recommendations.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, and messaging.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention.
• Launch and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and adjust.
